GARNET Online Stakeholder Engagement - Project One: Data Warehouse & Analytics Initiative

GARNET, invites institutional representatives to participate in an online stakeholder engagement session for Project One : the Data Warehouse & Analytics Initiative.

This initiative aims to support universities and research institutions in strengthening data-driven planning, reporting, and decision-making through a shared data and analytics framework.

The session will:

• Provide an overview of the proposed initiative
• Explore institutional data needs and reporting requirements
• Highlight key data sources and existing gaps
• Demonstrate aspects of the proposed analytics solution
• Gather input to guide implementation and onboarding

 

Each institution may nominate up to five (5) representatives, particularly staff involved in ICT, academic administration, institutional research, finance, HR, or data management.
