 munity gathers once again\, this time in the vibrant and historic city of 
 Kumasi\, for our annual meeting. As with previous years\, this year’s Co
 nference will be held in two parts: Workshops and the Annual General Meeti
 ng (AGM).\nThe Workshops will take place from Monday\, July 13 to Thursday
 \, July 16\, 2026. The AGM will follow on Friday\, July 17\, 2026\, all ho
 sted at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.\nThis year\, w
 e will explore the theme “From Connectivity to Digital Sovereignty: Stre
 ngthening Ghana’s Research and Education Ecosystem”\, emphasizing the 
 transition from basic infrastructure to resilient\, secure\, and self-reli
 ant digital systems that empower research\, education\, and innovation acr
 oss the country.\nThe GARNET Board\, the Secretariat\, and the host instit
